Southwest Ranch Chicken Bacon Club Pizza
Zesty spices and Marzetti® Southwest Ranch Veggie Dip bring together the complex flavors of this Mexican-inspired pizza.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 14-inch pizza pan with olive oil.
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 14-inch circle and place on prepared pizza pan. Prick dough several times with a fork. Bake crust on middle rack in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat; add bacon and cook until crisp, approximately 3 to 4 minutes, drain and set aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine chicken, cumin, chili powder and smoked paprika; toss to coat chicken with spices and set aside. Spread Marzetti® Southwest Ranch Veggie Dip onto partially cooked crust, leaving a half -inch edge uncovered. Top evenly with reserved chicken, reserved bacon, onion, olives, pepper jack and Muenster cheeses. Return pizza to oven and continue to bake for approximately 15 to 18 minutes until cheese has melted and crust is golden brown. Cut into 8 slices, top slices with lettuce and tomato, serve with additional Marzetti® Southwest Ranch Veggie Dip on the side.
