Core Apples and cut into 1/2 inch chunks. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a large bowl, combine zucchini, onion and apples. Add dressing and toss until well coated.

Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Use slotted spoon to serve to drain extra dressing.
