Warm White Bean Salad
Swap your cold salad for this hearty, warm salad of sautéed red bell pepper and onion, cannellini, butter and navy beans.

In a large skillet, heat the oil under medium heat. Add pepper and onion slices and cook 5 minutes or until they are tender. Add all beans and Girard’s® Spinach Salad Dressing. Stir gently until the salad is warm. Do not bring to a boil.
Stir in the parsley and serve.
