Warm Green Bean and Walnut Salad
Toasted walnuts, green beans, arugula, tomatoes, and goat cheese tossed with Olive Garden® Italian Dressing make a salad that sure to warm your taste buds.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place walnuts on a baking tray and toast for 5 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch beans for 2 minutes and drain. Combine beans, arugula, tomatoes, goat cheese and walnuts with Olive Garden® Italian Dressing and toss gently. Serve.
