Toasty Pull Apart Bread With Green Olive Tapenade

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Once the Sister Schubert’s® Mini Loaf is thawed, gently remove it from pan. Partially separate each piece and return loaf to pan.
In the bowl of a food processor, combine oil, olives, basil, parsley, garlic, capers, anchovy paste, zest and pepper. Pulse the machine to blend until the mixture looks like a coarsely chopped paste. Using a small metal spatula spread each side of the bread with the mixture. Place loaf in oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until warm. Serves 4.
Tapenade can be prepared by hand chopping all the ingredients and mixing in the oil.
