Heat oil in a large pot; add garlic, onions and carrots and sauté for 3 minutes. Add chicken stock, zucchini, peas, beans, thyme, basil and parsley and simmer for 30 minutes. Add Reames® Noodles and simmer 10 more minutes. Serves 8.
