Sausage and Noodle Stew
This hearty stew recipe blends Italian sausage, egg noodles, tomatoes, beef broth, red kidney beans, oregano and Italian vegetables.

In a Dutch oven, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Add tomatoes, beef broth, beans, water and oregano. Bring to a boil.
Add noodles and return to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables. Cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until noodles are done and vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese if desired.
