These vegetarian sliders are filling thanks to meaty portabellas topped with avocado, lettuce and balsamic-kissed onions. Even meat lovers will go for seconds!

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Place rolls on baking sheet. Brush with melted butter. Bake 5 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Increase oven temperature to 400˚F. Place mushrooms on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast 10 minutes, flip and cook another 10 minutes. Slice in half.
Heat skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, season with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar and continue to cook few more minutes.
Slice rolls in half. Place avocado on rolls.
Top with mushrooms, onions, and lettuce.
