Mixed Seafood Noodles in Tomato Sauce
Mixed seafood in herb-infused tomato and wine sauce, served over Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles, brings the taste of Italy to the table.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large, deep-sided pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft and translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Add garlic and sauté an additional minute.
Add wine, scraping any bits from bottom of pan. Add mussels and/or clams, if using. Cover and cook until clams and mussels open. Remove mussels and clams as they open and set aside. Discard any mussels or clams that do not open. Add tomato, oregano and chili flakes and bring to simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Add shrimp, squid and/or scallops and simmer until shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 2 to 3 minutes (if squid are cooked too long, they will become rubbery).
Add reserved mussels and clams back to the pot. Cook an additional minute. Stir in parsley. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Portion noodles into bowls. Spoon seafood and sauce on top. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
