Mini Meatball Sliders
Our mini meatball sliders recipe is a quick and easy meal idea that only takes 30 minutes to make. Serve for dinner or as an appetizer at your next event.

Preheat oven to 400° F. Bake rolls according to package directions, about 15 minutes from thawed. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, egg, and water. With a fork or clean hands, gently mix ingredients together.
Using a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon, divide mixture into small meatballs and place on an olive oil coated baking pan. Bake for about 10 minutes or until meatballs are browned.
Meanwhile, warm marinara sauce in a large skillet. Place browned meatballs into the sauce and allow them to simmer.
Assemble sliders by cutting each roll in half. Place a meatball and sauce on each roll. Top with about a ¼ slice of mozzarella cheese. The heat from the rolls will melt the cheese.
