Light Veggie Ranch Salad Recipe
A drizzle of Simply Dressed® Light Veggie Ranch Dressing, bacon, swiss cheese, halved cherry tomatoes and avocado pop on a bed of iceberg lettuce.

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Place turkey bacon on a baking pan and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp. Drain and chop into small pieces.
Combine salad greens, scallions, carrots and half of the Simply Dressed® Light Veggie Ranch Dressing. Toss together and place onto plates. Divide and arrange the remaining ingredients on top of the salad greens. Drizzle the remaining dressing over all and serve.
