Layered Summer Salad
Summer’s freshest vegetables are layered and covered with Marzetti® Classic Ranch in this fresh summer salad recipe.

In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Cook green and wax beans for about 6 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat; add corn and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Scrape into a small bowl and combine with chopped green onions. (If using frozen corn, cook according to package directions and cool under cold running water. Drain well and pat dry before combining with green onions).
In a large glass bowl, arrange the vegetables in layers and top with cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately with dressing.
