Rinse kale and pat dry. Remove the lower part of the stems, as they can be tough. Stack the leaves on top of each other and finely chop; transfer to a mixing bowl. Add Simply Dressed® Balsamic Dressing, Marzetti® Sea Salt and Pepper Croutons and all remaining ingredients to the bowl. Using tongs or clean hands, toss the ingredients together to coat the kale with the dressing. Arrange salad on plates and serve.
