Grilled Vegetables with Fresh Herbs and Parmesan
Grilled vegetables are a great way to eat healthy, and Girard’s® Olde Venice Italian Dressing is a great way to make them even tastier.

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates.
Prepare your favorite types of vegetables for grilling (sliced zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper wedges, sliced eggplant, sliced onion and more). Pour some Girard’s® Olde Venice Italian Dressing into a small bowl and brush both sides of vegetables with the dressing. Grill the vegetables. Arrange them on a tray and drizzle with additional dressing. Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs or grated Parmesan cheese. Serve either warm or at room temperature.
