These pretty appetizers fill cherry tomatoes with sour cream and a spoonful of Romanoff® Whitefish Caviar.

Cut off top of each tomato. Using small end of a melon baller, scoop out each tomato. Invert tomatoes on a paper towel to drain. Transfer tomatoes to a serving tray. Using a small spoon or pasty bag, fill each tomato with sour cream. Top with spoonful of Romanoff® Whitefish Caviar. Garnish with chives. Serve.
