Buffalo Chicken Wraps


Diced chicken coated in hot sauce and wrapped in a tortilla filled with Red, White and Blue Slaw.

Directions
Step 1:

Combine green cabbage, bacon bits, 1/2 cup of blue cheese, and slaw dressing into a bowl. Toss gently and chill in refrigerator to blend flavors.

Step 2:

Heat a medium skillet over medium heat with cooking oil. When hot, add chicken breasts and cook until golden-brown on the bottom, 10 minutes. Using metal tongs, flip the chicken and continue to cook until the other side is golden brown, 10 minutes more. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Dice chicken once cool.

Step 3:

In another large bowl, coat diced chicken with your favorite Buffalo hot sauce. Set aside.

Step 4:

Lay wraps flat and place 1/4 cup of coleslaw at each center. Add ¼ cup of Buffalo chicken just below the center of each wrap.

Step 5:

Fold over the bottom of the tortilla and roll.
