Bay Scallop & Vegetable Noodle Stir-Fry
Top Chinese takeout with this tender scallop dish. Made with ginger, garlic, scallions and snow peas, then served over Reames® Golden Ribbon Noodles, it’s a dinner with full on flavor.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Chop vegetables and set aside. Heat a large, deep skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil.
When oil is hot, add garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds. Add snow peas, red pepper and scallion and sauté a minute or two. Add scallops.
Add Girard’s Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide noodles among bowls. Spoon scallops and vegetables over top.
