Slow Cooker Balsamic Pork Tacos
Slow cook the meat all day to help make these pork tacos a great weeknight meal.

In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of balsamic dressing with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
Place the pork, diced jalapeño, and 1/2 cup of chopped onion in a slow cooker. Pour dressing mixture over pork. Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return shredded pork to slow cooker and cook for additional 1 hour on low.
Meanwhile, prepare your favorite slaw recipe by combining all the ingredients in a medium bowl and tossing to coat well. Refrigerate until pork is ready.
Using a slotted spatula, remove shredded pork from slow cooker. Toss with lime juice and fresh cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon pork mixture onto tortillas.
Top with coleslaw mixture and your favorite taco toppings.
