Take Brussels sprouts to the next level using bacon and Simply DressedⓇ Balsamic Salad Dressing, topped with shallots, pear, almonds, and avocado.
Trim, halve, and thinly slice Brussels sprouts. Set aside in a medium bowl.
Heat large saute pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon until lightly browned for about 5 to 7 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain. When cooled, chop into bite-size pieces.
In the same pan, add shallot and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until soft. Add Brussels sprouts and toss to cook evenly until bright green for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and scrape mixture into a large bowl. Add bacon and toss to combine.
Arrange salad on serving platter. Top with pear, almonds, and avocado. Drizzle with balsamic dressing and serve.
